When there are two (or more) databases with custom colors, switching to any database but the first one causes:

  1. A rectangle obscuring the database tabs to show up.
  2. Minimizing the window.

Those effects remain after bringing the window back to focus, and so it's quite difficult to stop that (because you have to click the first tab the very instant the window appears, or else it will minimize again).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new database: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.kdbx with an arbitrary key.
  2. Set a custom color for it.
  3. Create new database: BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB.kdbx with an arbitrary key.
  4. Set a custom color for it.
  5. Click on the first tab (the AAA... database).
  6. Click on the second tab (the BBB... database).

The problem disappears when custom colors are turned off.

Thanks for reporting this issue. I'm not able to reproduce the minimize problem (you might want to check your automatic workspace locking settings), but I was able to develop a workaround for the image tabs rectangle bug of Mono.

Here's the latest development snapshot for testing:

    Best regards,
