The keyboard shortcuts for Rearrange->Move Entry One Up (or Down) do nothing. However, the shortcuts for Move Entry to Top (or Bottom) do work.

Running 2.26 on Debian wheezy for x86_64 on hardware (not as a guest OS or under a hypervisor).

Hardly a KeePass bug - works in Windows. More likely a mono bug.
You can right click on the entry and select "Rearrange".

This indeed is caused by Mono bugs. First, Mono does not raise key events while Alt is down. Second, we cannot use navigation keys, because Mono raises key events after the selection has been changed, i.e. at the wrong time.

I've now changed the shortcut keys for moving entries/groups on Unix-like systems to Ctrl+Shift+F5 / ... / Ctrl+Shift+F8.
