#1176 Unable to save database to Apache WebDAV

Filing this as a closed bug here for future reference because I blamed KeePass at first instead of Apache/WebDAV. Maybe it will help somebody else.

KeePass 2.18, Mono 2.10.8.1, Ubunutu Linux 12.04, Apache 2.2.22

Saving to webdav enabled Apache was failing similar to this bug: https://sourceforge.net/p/keepass/bugs/1117/

I just now verified I had hit this bug (issue) instead: https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=48576

Disabling MultiViews on the webdav directory allowed me to load and, more importantly, save my passDB to a remote/shared location.
