#1094 Keyboard layout and secure desktop bug

I use KeePass 2.20.1, Windows 8
I enable option "Enter master key on secure desktop"
For KeePass database I use master password and key file
In Windows I use keyboard layouts for two languages: english and russian

I have activated russian layout
I start KeePass and see small window for master password, keyfile path, windows user account option (KeePass remember where keyfile stored, checkbox for master password disabled)
I type Shift+Alt to change layout to english
Type master password (symbols are hidden by black dots)
Press Enter

It doesn't work - master password typed in russian. To change layout to english I need to:
click on checkbox to enable master password
And only then type master password

It's not a crytical bug, but it slows master password typing. It's very annoying.

I cannot reproduce this issue with KeePass 2.22 on Windows 8 (neither with secure desktop enabled nor disabled); switching between languages using Shift+Alt works fine.
