What I forget: This is with Win NT IBM JRE 1.3

I just noticed that the problem seem to occur when Anit-Aliasing is activated via Global Optins / Plugin Options. If you leave it unchecked there and only activate it via the Plugins menu it seems to work fine (or at least much better). If you activate it via the menu it remains disabled under Global Options...!? Maybe otherwise it gets activated twice?
