Loadable/savable 'key maps' are planned for a future jEdit release,
possibly 2.7 or 2.8. An emacs map could be one of those. In the mean
time, I suppose someone could write a property file which emulates
emacs keys. One problem you might enocounter is that not all emacs
actions have equivalent jEdit actions; for example, how would you
emulate a 'kill ring' in jEdit?
