Interesting, I wouldn't have thought about that. I am using the Look and Feel plugin with Substance look and feel. I used the Look and Feel plugin to change the look and feel to "None" and now resizing works correctly. Maybe I should see if there is a newer version of Substance available. Thanks, Eric!
