Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Alan Ezust (ezust) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: SshConsole and restoring files on startup Initial Comment: I am accessing the remote host over ssh using a key pair with a passphrase. If SshConsole was visible when I exited, and I was editing a bunch of remote files over sftp:// and I restart jEdit and those files are restored either via 1. jedit's general restore files on startup option 2. ProjectViewer restores open files when it opens a project. If either of these things happens on startup, jEdit asks me for my username/key TWICE rather than just once. But it only asks for a passphrase once. Then SshConsole connects, I see the login message and the prompt. AT THIS POINT, something is strange about the state of SshConsole because typing something or navigating to another tree node in the VFSBrowser or ProjectViewer causes a "dead read end" error and the connection must be reset again. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=565475&aid=3604790&group_id=588 |
