[ jEdit-devel ] What is wrong in electric keys modes

We spent a lot of time discussing why the modes I needed. That is I had 
to defend my idea. Let's now have a look at this from the opposite side:

What is wrong in having a new option for controlling electric keys 
behaviour (EK modes)?

It must be something wrong to a group of users. Please point what 
problems to what group of users it may bring.
