jEdit_stable (#30) - Successful:

Changes for Build #30
[jarekczek] added svn ignore property, to ignore lib directory

[jarekczek] 1. Fixed the problem with import build-helper.xml, when it was failing if
   build.support was a relative path
2. Fixed a problem when ivy.jar was checked through the net even if it wasn't
   necessary.
3. Removed parts of ivy initialization and download code and reused the code
   from build-helper.xml.
4. Changed ivy logging to download-only. Now it's more obvious whether ivy
   connects to internet or not.
