I have jEdit 4.5pre1
 > jedit -version
jEdit 4.5pre1


with BufferTabs 1.2.2

and this is with
 > java -version
java version "1.6.0_22"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.10.4) (fedora-60.1.10.4.fc15-x86_64)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.0-b11, mixed mode)
