Summary: Start jEdit with actions specified in command line

Initial Comment:
Ability to specify  some plugin or jEdit native actions as parameters in the command line and calling plugin to perform the requested action at the start of jEdit.

Similarly to how we can stuff a context menu and call actions as items of that menu.

Such feature would allow to "prepare" different jEdit icons at the desktop for different tasks/projects.

How about the "-run" option on the command line?
Run jEdit with "-help" to see the available options.
