[ jEdit-users ] Creating/adding new template files in SuperAbbrevs Plugin ..

Exactly what format are the files (with no extensions) in 
%USERPROFILE%\.jedit\SuperAbbrevs  folder ??    

e.g. How was the php file created?

Any tutorial for a newbie to build/add such files for new modes e.g. for actionscript?

I am reading SuperAbbrevs Help.  I can see  
.jedit/SuperAbbrevs/template_generation_functions.bsh 
.jedit/SuperAbbrevs/abbrevs_functions.bsh

but how are these scripts used to build new templates for new modes?
 
Adding SuperAbbrevs one by one via the SuperAbbrevs UI is not really an option.   I can do 
that.

Ideally I would setup to import snippets from xml files shared with XInsert Plugin.
