It hadn't been fixed yet because I was only made aware of the problem  
yesterday when I received an email from Alexander Smalle (I hadn't  
yet updated my jEdit install to 4.3pre12). Had you submitted a bug  
report it would have been fixed sooner.

I've committed a fix to the Subversion repository and will likely  
submit a new release sometime within the next week. In the meantime  
you could compile your own copy by patching Templates 4.1.0 with the  
following files from Subversion:

- Templates.props
- velocity/directives/Beanshell.java
