I'm attaching a file called "utf-16.txt". it comes from the qt 4.3 source tree, /usr/local/qt-x11-opensource-src-4.3.0beta/examples/tools/codecs/encodedfiles/utf-16.txt


Is it a valid UTF-16 file? Why can't jedit open it?
