Initial Comment:
If a file is externally modified and changes have been detected, it would be nice to have the choice to not reload it.  Especially nice would be to have an option to load up the new and old buffer side by side so jDiff can be run on it.  I have lost code before by not syncing buffers between computers. :(  But I wrote it better the second time :)
