It's nice, especially if you know the= =20 name of an action and have forgotten the key assignment -- but not the othe= r=20 way around. =20 Use case: I have a set of related actions and want to assign them to a gro= up=20 of keys in a "natural" way. I just did this for a plugin that had eight=20 actions. I wanted four contiguous function keys which I could use with and= =20 without the shift key. Ideally I could look at a list sorted: =461 -> action 1 S-F1 -> action 2 C-F1 -> action 3 A-F1 -> action 4 =462 -> action 5 =2E.. Then pick the best candidate keys. And each user of the plugin is faced wi= th=20 the same task. When this bothers me too much I'll add an option to the macro to sort this = way=20 =2D- unless someone beats me to it. :-) Andy |
