The two plugins I am referring to specifically are the

CommonControls 0.82 and CodeBrowser 1.31.

Both of these plugins were not released for jedit 4.3pre3 yet, so it
is the same version that gets picked up regardless of whether you are
running 4.2final or 4.3pre3.
