It works and it works well.  On the above web page you will find a 
download for the binaries.
In the zip are three files
1. jedit.exe - the launcher
2. jedit.reg - registry change to get the right click menu option.  You 
will have to edit the file and change to where you put the jedit.exe
3. launch.properties - properties file that tells the launcher where to 
find your jvm and the jedit.jar file.

Right now the launcher just takes a list of files to have jedit open.  
I'll add a -diff option as soon as the diff plugin is fixed.

I've tested it with chinese characters in the file path and it opens 
those files as well.

The thing it lacks is a property setting to customize the jvm options.  
I'll add this in the next day or two and post it on my page.  Then I'll 
attempt to port it to Linux.
