Labels should be something like yours but order must be [Save] [Don't Save]
[Cancel] as the primary idea is to save your work, then you may be want to
close your document with saving and a last this action is an error.

I have also a different approach on menus ... Did you never think of the
non sens File -> Quit menu ... In all application I develpot now, I avoid
this stupid thing. I always create a menu Application, name with the
project name. In JEdit case, the first menu will be name "JEdit" and the
second menu will be name "File".

The application button contains always, quit, help, configuration menus.
This is more logical. In JEdit case, Utilitis menu seems to be the JEdit
menu.

Looking at this I discover that File System Browser menu should be moved to
File menu.

A Yes/No/Cancel dialog is a bug in itself. Buttons should be labeled by
the action they perform. Like [Cancel] [Don't Save] [Save], with the
button that causes the least risk for data loss selected as default.
