Summary: unused space below right dockable

Initial Comment:
using the view layout where the left and right
dockables get the full window height, the right (and
presumably left) dockables on come down as far as the
top of the bottom docking bar, but the bottom docking
bar wraps at the left edge of the right dockable,
leaving a fairly large unused space.
