hello i couldn't get working the tilde "~" or a backtick "`" in jedit4.2pre1. it seems that it is exactly the same prolbem as in: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=588&atid=100588&func=detail&aid=571333 which talks about a bug wich was fixed in Java 1.4.1. but im using j2re1.4.2 on rh9.0 with swiss-german keyboard. to get a tilde in shell i have to type: [Alt-Gr] + [^] + [space] (yes, i use deadkey). but this doesn't work in jedit.
