Well, they aren't exactly 'Windows' icons, but my icons for jEdit are here:

They work for me ;)

The problem I had with existing icon sets is that when I get specific, 
creating a button for a macro, or anything beyond the basic text editing 
functions, is that you either have to have different styles, use 
something that doesn't quite make sense, or create your own to match the 
style you're using.

Some of the icons are old, my current toolbar actually looks like this:
