I'm wondering how hard it would be to follow the scroll wheel =
configuration
in things other than the buffer window..  mainly, the file system =
browser.
Lately, I tend to keep a lot of folders open tree-like, and need to go
quickly between the top/bottom of the list.  would be nice of my
shift-scroll settings (scrolls like half a page at a time or
so) worked in that window, too...

anyway, just a thought.
