Has anyone ever tried making a plugin to deal with CVS/RCS stuff? 
figured something like this would have made it into the plugin library
awhile back.  Couldn't be too hard to deal with on a basic level - just
map "open" with "check out" and "close" with "check in"...  I'd look
into it myself (esp. with something simple like RCS) but I don't know
the slightest thing about java.
