Bugs item #625436, was opened at 2002-10-19 11:25 You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=100588&aid=625436&group_id=588 Category: search and replace Group: None >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nicholas O'Leary (olearyni) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Hypersearch: file opened on tree close Initial Comment: After performing a hypersearch on a directory of files, the tree view has roots of the files, and leafs of the occurences. Clicking on an occurence opens the file into a new buffer. If you close the file, then collapse the node, it reopens the file. This is probably because the selection event on the node gets trapped, and jEdit assumes this means the user has clicked on the node to open it. Need to test for the selection event being due to a collapsing tree, in which case, don't open the file.
