Hi Travis, If you search the jedit archives you'll see a whole thread talking about this issue...Slava then added SOCKS support to help this issue but for some reason that didn't work either..I finally solved the problem by installing a proxy to decode/encode the traffic to the ms proxy (http://www.geocities.com/rozmanov/ntlm/). It's a python script, so you'll need to install python if you don't have it already..but it works great..You just configure it by setting the ip ,port, username, password...then in jedit you specify the ip and port you set and off you go... Works great..for a whole range of apps that can't get through the ms stranglehold... Hope that helps...
