Log Message:
It's been waaay too long since my last real commit on Vimulator, so I can't
even summarize everything that has been done here.

The biggest thing is that it now compiles and works with jEdit 4.2. I believe
it even unloads cleanly.

I think I disabled/broke some stuff in the process, but I plan on fixing things
soon.
