Same for the JythonInterpreter plugin, unless the plugins need special
patched versions of the original distributed libraries. Is this the case
here?

One of my libs is the original jython.jar, that could be deleted. I was
using the example of JavaInsight or JBrowse which has those libs fro
java parsing. Still I'd like to know how Mike knows which jar to use. If
that's clear I can delete the lib to aleviate for high bandwith use

The other lib is jythonlib.jar that is custom made but it can be easily
built if required and you have the complete jython2.1a3 distribution
