Hi, just letting you know about version 1.3 of the IRC plugin.

Version history:

- /QUERY now takes additional message parameter
- added status messages when trying to send messages while not being
connected
- FIX: removed superfluous disconnection from server when QUITting
(causing "*** Disconnected from server" message to be shown twice)
