AntFarm needs to be updated to use the XML plugin's xerces parser. It was kind of rude for me to mark these JARs obsolete, but if I hadn't, after AntFarm was updated to use xerces, the plugin manager wouldn't delete the old JARs (since they weren't listed in a 'jars' property) so they would stay there until the user figured things out, and would cause problems in the meantime, due to clashes with classes in xerces.jar.
