Initial Comment:
win2k, jdk1.3, 3.1 and beyond
i have been experiencing a weird problem for a while, 
but it does not happen all the time. i bound Ctrl-Alt-
Right Arrow to toggle the right docking area (Down 
Arrow for bottom area), and most of the time when i 
use it, it enters a '?' in the current textarea.
