Hi List! I am new to jEdit so please excuse me if this question has been asked before. I have installed jEdit 3.2 pre 6 and all the necessary plugins -JCompiler,etc for compiling java files. However after compiling once I run the "Console Plugin > Run Java" macro an error occurs. This is the what the error says in the dialog box that pops up (and in the activity log) A BeanShell execution error ocurred: Sourced file: D:\Editor_IDE\jedit32pre6\macros\Console_Plugin\Run_java.bsh : Command not found: runCommandInConsole : at Line: 42 : in file: D:\Editor_IDE\jedit32pre6\macros\Console_Plugin\Run_java.bsh : runCommandInConsole ( view , "Console" , command ) I dont know beanshell but I believe BeanShell is working on my jEdit, because I can get the result of simple expressions like 2+2 ,etc. One more question -- Is there any way to configure JCompiler to use jikes as the compiler instead of javac ? Thanks a lot. -Tarun |
