Bug #129022, was updated on 2001-Jan-16 09:38 Here is a current snapshot of the bug. Project: jEdit Category: plugins Status: Closed Resolution: Fixed Bug Group: normal bug Priority: 5 Submitted by: nobody Assigned to : nobody Summary: FTP does not handle paths with spaces Details: When using ftp:// URLs in the File System Browser, or from the Open dialog, directories that contain spaces in their names appear empty even when they contain files. Files with spaces in their names appear to work fine so long as no parent directory has a space in its name. This appears to be a bug when connecting both to many UNIX ftp daemons (wu-ftpd, NetBsd's ftpd, etc.) and connecting to NT's ftp server (dunno which, not my server.. and what's NT anyway?) Follow-Ups: Date: 2001-Jan-21 01:08 By: spestov Comment: fixed in FTP plugin 0.2.2. ------------------------------------------------------- Date: 2001-Jan-17 06:55 By: joelaff Comment: I have fixed this bug and made some other enhancements to the plugin that should be available soon. ------------------------------------------------------- For detailed info, follow this link: http://sourceforge.net/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=129022&group_id=588 |
