Thanks for looking at the files, Andre.

I'm going to continue to try to get jdk 1.1.8 running, but I wanted to make
the changes and release them sooner rather than later.

The updated the files are here:

It probably makes sense to put the code into cvs.  Slava or Mike, could one
of you guys make me a member of the jEdit project?  My sourceforge user id
is 'fruhstuck'.

I haven't used cvs, but I've downloaded wincvs, and checked out some of the
sourceforge docs, so I'll try to put the code into cvs once I have access.
