I prefer that you NOT set the Look and Feel programmatically. I depend on the swing.defaultlaf property to be set in the swing.properties file of my Java distribution. This is a documented property that you can use on any Sun Java distribution (Win, Linux, Solaris). Apple used this feature to set the default look and feel of Java applications to use their Aqua look and feel. I like it like that. If you still like the classname, wait a few hours.
