i don't think it is the same version. someone had put it in CVS at some
point, and there was discussion of putting it on PC but was decided against
it due to so many other pluigins allowing accessibility to the recent files.
i have made a minor change or two on the jazzynotions version and i believe
the one in CVS may be structered a little differently.

if people think it should be on PC, then we could make the changes i made in
CVS and release it.
