Everytime I try to start jEdit.exe with my restricted user-
account I get the message, that the jEditLauncher does
not appear to be installed. After I've selected the JVM-
Directory I get the error message, that the system
couldn't find the file "jEdit.jEditLauncher".
This ist reproduceable in jEdit 4.1 and 4.2pre13
