when i choose open or save, the JFileChooser dialogbox is too small for all the components. The cancel button is hidden; i have to resize the window to see the CANCEL button.

Will be resolved when the new file chooser is written in jEdit 2.6pre2. Swing's JFileChooser doesn't deal with added accessories very well.
