Mac OSX version is missing any heap size setting from Info.plist and defaults to a useless 64M.
V4.5.2 (04.05.99.02) also 4.5.1 Java 1.6.0_31 on Mac OSX 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard)
What makes you think the max heap size is still only 64m? that was true before java 5, but now it is calculated based on your physical memory. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4667483/how-is-the-default-java-heap-size-determined
