#2727 scroll unfolded fold-area into visible area

If unfolding and the fold-area end is out of the
screen afterwards, the textArea should scroll until
either the whole fold is visible (with respect to
electric scrolling too), or the start of the fold is
on the first line (with respect to electric scrolling)
