The JStandards plugin doesn't work when the file view is via. FTP. I wasn't sure that this is a bug, but I think of it as one.

It appears that there are several problems with this sort of thing with plugins. Maybe the file system should be abstracted so that this doesn't happen (i.e. the plug-ins don't need to worry about *where* a file is, only that it can get it, and its source).
