#163 Regression: did not find required parent table id

On a recent regression in prep for the 4.1.0 release of Tika, we noticed a file failing with 5.0.1 that worked before.

The exception:
IOException: Did not find required parent table id
at com.healthmarketscience.jackcess.impl.DatabaseImpl.readSystemCatalog

The file may actually be corrupt and maybe this is better behavior? We were able to get content out of it with 5.0.0. The attached file comes from commoncrawl. It is not available under asl 2.0
