How can i accomplish this in Portal? For now in portal only caller able to see only his ticket, how do customize so that Agent only see ticket which assign to him?

Do you really want to restrict this?
Or just have a quick overview of the agent's own tickets?

Better to use a dedicated topic per issue. The other error is related to your webserver configuration, which disables the "exec" function in PHP.
Such restriction is not possible in the iTop console, it can only be done in a Portal.
