How to hide bricks from portal

Hello !
I'm currently trying to hide 2 bricks from the homepage of the portal (screen attached) however I read the iTop documentation multiple times and tried multiple options(visible false, remove...), and it doesn't work, I created a working extension, I'm using iTop 3.0.3 and the toolkit.

Can someone explain to me how it works ?

Can you share your extension? It might be easier to troubleshoot.
Did you copy the extension in the /extensions directory, then ran a setup an select it during the penultimate stage?

Yes ! Here is my extension.

To be honest this extension file was created directly in the /extension directory it's not a copy and when I ran a setup I didn't select it however I can change the theme of the portal with it so I suppose that it's working ?

I have just one last question, is it possible to put a logo where the bricks were situated ? On the documentation and the forum it's just about the replacing of the itop logo.

To do so, you would have to make your own "home page" template and add the logo. Check this page under properties/templates
