    I've a question regarding user request. Exists some possibility to see my requests assigned to me in portal and work with them as like in back-office?

    Hi Vasek,

    Yes this can be done easily through an extension by adding a ManageBrick to the portal as well as extending the original scope for Ticket class (natively a portal user can only requests it is caller of)

    Yes, but ITSM Designer is only available for Combodo Customers as of today.

    ITSM Designer is only available within Combodo Services, which has a wide variety of prices depending on the service level. Check Combodo web site for more info and getting in contact with them.
