Good morning, I am creating tickets through API/REST and assigning them. I have the notifications configured and they work correctly when I do the steps through iTop, but it does not send emails when I do the same from API/REST. With API/REST I was able to create and assign, it works correctly, the version I have is 3.1. 1. If someone can tell me how to do it if it is possible or if I should send the email through the personal application and notify iTop of the sending of it. The problem with that is that I would not be taking advantage of the rules established in iTop for sending emails. If someone can help, I would be grateful.

I'd try upgrading to the latest iTop first. iTop 3.2 is a long-term supported release.
If the issue persists, share a screenshot please of your trigger configuration.
