i want the last version of this extension(customize request form )
is it free???
the current version of the extension on our environment "2.0.14"
and we are still facing an issue with deducing the data out of the form, we just want to convert it into string
any example on code usage is appreciated , thanks in advance

The last version of "Customized request forms" is not free, you have to get it from the Hub.
