AI now works completely correct on my simple test case with 1 droid and 3 nodes
in the NavTree. I'm going to keep testing on this for a while, but as far as I
know, the droids will now perform autonomously. YAY

Bug fixed: Particles were getting drawn under the ground.
The game scene no longer owns the snow system. That responsibility has been
passed on to the game state. Also included in this commit is the enabling
of back-face culling.
