#345 Filename box not present after first use

V1.6.5.12 Win 10(1809) 64 bit
When copying to file or pdf, once a file destination has been entered there is no opportunity to enter a new destination, you only get an overwrite old filename warning.

I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem was still present.

I then uninstalled using Revo Uninstaller in moderate mode and deleted the registry keys. Then reinstalled, probelm still present.

I repeated the above but with agressive mode and removed a load of appdata files. After reinstalling
I got a filename box but when I tried to copy another page the file present box reappeared.

The workaround is to overwrite and rename the file.

I don't remember this as a problem with earlier versions however I am using iCopy with an Epson Perfection 1650 scanner with a modified Perfection 2400 64bit driver. I don't know if this relevent
